Founded in 1974, the Ottumwa Oktoberfest is a week long festival held annually the first Saturday in October to raise money for various local non-profit organizations. Participants can look forward to a variety of beloved activities such as live music, bingo, parades, a drum line competition, stein holding, and, of course, all the beer and brats you can handle.
